Where this comes from
With over 20 years in the beauty and salon industry and 30 years supporting our family refurbishment business, I’ve worked across most levels of business.
From hands-on service to running and growing a successful salon, to supporting others behind the scenes. Over time, I started to notice the same patterns.
Talented professionals doing good work, but not being found consistently.
Businesses growing in parts, but not working as a whole. Effort going in, but results feeling unpredictable.
What I realised ...
It wasn't a lack of effort.
It wasn't a lack of skill.
It was a lack of structure. Most businesses don't have a clear, connected client journey,
and without that, it's hard to see what's working, and what isn't.

My experience
With over 20 years in the beauty and salon industry and 30 years in our family refurbishment business and within a corporate setting, I’ve worked across every level of our businesses, from service to strategy.
My industry depth
Within the key roles I've had in the salon & wellness sector I've had roles that included salon ownership (at home and in commercial premises), education, mentoring, judging, contributing to industry standards panels, and building platforms that support professionals, I’ve seen how building a business works from multiple angles.

A little more about me
I’ve spent most of my career immersed in working with people and have worked in the corporate world before joining the salon & wellness industry, but at the heart of it, I’m someone who values clarity, structure, and doing things well.
I’m not interested in quick wins or surface-level fixes.
I'm interested in helping you build a business that actually works.
Outside of my work world I have 2 mad Boston Terriers - Lemmy & Dodger - who you'll often see in my online world, I started running a couple of years ago and have kept it up (mostly although sometimes it's hard to keep motivated) and I live in rural Norfolk with my husband, Trev, who's a multi-tradesman specialising in plumbing and carpentry.
